This is why we continually invest in the training and further education of our employees, encouraging them to develop their own ideas.
We offer a wide range of qualification and training programs for our seamen in Germany (Nautitec; a joint venture with the Buss Shipping Company), in Holland (with NTTA), in the Philippines (ISNTC) and worldwide through Internet-based further training courses run by Hartmann eLearning.
